Privacy Policy
At FlowPilot, we are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our application.
FlowPilot is intended for users aged 13 and older. By using the service, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.
1. Information We Collect
We collect information you provide when creating an account or using our services, including your name, email address, and authentication credentials via Google OAuth.
2. Google Drive Data Access
FlowPilot's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Scopes We Request
- drive.file — Read and write files that FlowPilot creates or opens within the app.
- drive.readonly — Read-only access to your existing Google Drive files and folder structures.
- userinfo.email and openid — Standard authentication scopes to identify your account.
How We Use Drive Access
- Access: We connect to your Google Drive via OAuth 2.0, limited to files and folders you explicitly interact with.
- Usage: We use drive.file to manage project files created within FlowPilot. We use drive.readonly to read your existing folder structures so you can replicate them as project templates inside FlowPilot.
- Storage: We do not store your Google Drive files on our servers. We retain metadata required for the app to function (such as file names and folder IDs) for as long as your FlowPilot account is active.
- Sharing: We do not sell, rent, or share your Google Drive data with third parties. Infrastructure providers such as hosting and logging services may process data incidentally in the course of delivering the service, but are not permitted to use it for any other purpose.
3. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information and any data accessed via Google APIs, including encryption in transit and at rest.
4. Your Rights
You can revoke FlowPilot's access to your Google account at any time via your Google Security Settings. You may also contact us to request deletion of your FlowPilot account. Metadata associated with your Google Drive connection will be retained for as long as your account remains active.
5. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated policy on this page and revising the "Last Updated" date.
