Getting Started

Welcome to the FlowPilot instruction manual. This walkthrough covers setting up your account, connecting your tools, and creating your first project.

FlowPilot is currently invite-based — you'll need an invite code from your welcome email to sign up.

If you'd like an invite, contact us.

1. Sign up and verify your account

  • Go to app.flowpilot.space and click Sign Up.
  • Enter your email, create a strong password, and enter the invite code from your welcome email.
  • Check your email for a verification code and enter it into the platform to verify your account.

2. Initial setup

  • Agree to the terms of service and privacy policy.
  • Update your display name, then click Continue to move on to project creation.

3. Create your first project

  • Click Get Started to follow the guided prompts.
  • Choose a pre-made template (for example, tech or education), or pick the custom option to start from scratch.
  • To manage files within FlowPilot, connect your Google Drive and select a folder to grant the app read access.

4. Configure your phases

  • Define your project's workflow by naming custom phases. In the video, the phases are Planning, Construction, and Grand Opening.

5. Manage your tasks

  • From the dashboard, you can see your project summary, to-do list, kanban board, and road map.
  • Use the AI assistant to generate tasks by describing your project — for example, "I'm starting a vintage coffee and record shop." The assistant populates your to-do list with relevant planning steps.
