1. Use of Service

FlowPilot provides AI-powered project management and workflow automation tools. You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

2. User Content and Data

You retain all rights to the data you process through FlowPilot. By connecting your Google Drive or other third-party services, you grant us the permissions necessary to perform the actions you request within the app. We will not access your data beyond what is required to deliver those actions.

3. Prohibited Activities

You may not use the service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Transmit malware, viruses, or any malicious code.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or any third-party systems.
• Interfere with or degrade the performance of the service.
• Collect or process data in violation of any individual's privacy rights.

You must be at least 13 years old to use FlowPilot.

4. Limitation of Liability

FlowPilot is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, FlowPilot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the service.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the service at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, third parties, or our business interests.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Delaware.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date above.
